Bellevue

Bellevue Background

Bellevue is nestled in the hills along Lake Washington, about 12 miles from Seattle. The community began as a summer vacation resort in 1869, but it has grown into the fourth largest city in Washington State.
Bellevue has been described as “The City in the Park” for its lush greenbelts and parks. Although there are some "beachfront" properties available, Bellevue is not a traditional beach community. It does offer coastal living along with with boating, fishing and swimming.
